    Matt was appointed Chief Executive Officer in August 2015. Prior to this appointment, Matt held the position of Chief Operating Officer with LifeHealthcare from 2013, responsible for the company’s sales, marketing and commercial operations, playing a key role in LifeHealthcare’s IPO in December 2013.

    Prior to LifeHealthcare, Matt spent 13 years working with Johnson & Johnson Medical’s orthopaedic business DePuy Synthes, leading their Spine and Neurosurgical divisions.

    Matt holds a Bachelor of Business (International Business) from Queensland University of Technology and a post graduate degree in Management from Melbourne Business School.

    Kristine joined LifeHealthcare in 2014 as General Manager Commercial Services and was appointed to Corporate Development Director in 2016 responsible for investor relations, strategy, mergers & acquisitions and major projects.

    Prior to LifeHealthcare, Kristine was General Manager Strategy and Planning for United Group Limited and Assistant Director within Corporate Finance as PricewaterhouseCoopers focussing mergers and acquisitions, insolvency and restructuring across a number of industries including healthcare tourism, manufacturing, industrials, construction and consumer goods.

    Kristine holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Finance) from the Australian National University, is a Chartered Accountant, and a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

    Outside of LifeHealthcare, Kristine is passionate about skiing, hiking and anything involving the outdoors.

    David joined LifeHealthcare in May 2019 as Chief Financial and Operating Officer.

    Prior to LifeHealthcare, David spent 11 years with Bupa Dental Corporation, commencing as CFO and progressing over his time there to COO and ultimately Managing Director.

    David holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from Western Sydney University, an MBA (Strategy and Planning) from Deakin University, is a Certified Practising Accountant and a Six Sigma Champion.

    Away from his desk, David is a keen rugby league fan and once upon a time played juniors for the Penrith Panthers.

    Jason was appointed as Operations Director in May 2019.  Prior to LifeHealthcare Jason spent 19 years at CHEP, a Brambles company. Jason has worked across Asia-Pacific and in that time gained experience in various roles in Supply Chain, Marketing & Strategy, Customer Service and Field Service roles, and most recently Director – Operations Excellence responsible for planning, efficiency and quality.

    Jason holds a Masters in Management (General Management) from Macquarie Graduate School of Management.

    In addition to running the operational side of LHC, Jason enjoys getting outdoors as much as he can with camping, fishing and hiking taking up most of his recreational time.

    Adam was appointed Marketing Director in January 2019 with responsibility for the Regulatory, Professional Educations & Events, Digital Marketing and Product Management teams at LifeHealthcare.

    Prior to joining LifeHealthcare Adam worked at DePuy Synthes for over 6 years holding various marketing positions across their Hip & Knee businesses. Most recently Adam held the role of Group Marketing Manager for the Hip & Knee Arthroplasty portfolios including the Smart Surgery technology division.

    Adam holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia.

    Having once competed at an elite level, Adam is now a weekend warrior on his bicycle, managing an inevitable decline in fitness in masters.

    Fraser was appointed as Sales Operations Director in June 2020 after his success as General Manager for Orthopaedics. Fraser joined LifeHealthcare in 2013 and has over 16 years of logistics, sales and marketing experience in the orthopaedics industry.

    Fraser previously held positions within Johnson & Johnson/DePuy at Global, Regional European and most recently local Australian levels.  For three years, Fraser was Group Manager of DePuySynthes Australia and New Zealand Sports Medicine, Extremities and Trauma businesses.  Fraser was part of the DePuySynthes Knee Worldwide Team prior to relocation to Australia.

    Fraser holds a Bachelor of Business Management (Hons) from Napier University, Edinburgh.

    Paul Petherbridge was appointed Sales Director in June 2020 after his success in the position of General Manager of Spine since 2015. Prior to this, he served as Account Executive in NSW and has been with LifeHealthcare since October 2010.

    Before joining LifeHealthcare, Paul worked with Austspine launching K2M into the Australian market and has worked with numerous other US based spine firms including Biomet EBI, Abbott Spine and Medicrea in distribution models over the past 12 years.

    Paul holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology Sydney.

    In addition to running the Spine Division, in his downtime pick anything to do with the ocean and you will probably find Paul there.

    Fiona Joined LifeHealthcare as the People & Culture Director in April 2020 and is responsible for enabling LifeHealthcare to achieve its commercial objectives through its people.

    Fiona is a pragmatic and passionate HR Leader with over 20 years of experience across a variety of industries. Having worked in organisations such as Microsoft, AstraZeneca, NEXTDC and Credit Suisse, she has a comprehensive HR skillset combined with strengths in change management, Diversity & Inclusion, performance & development as well as reward & recognition. She is particularly passionate about enhancing leader capability and enabling businesses to harness the power of their people through building employee engagement.

    Fiona holds a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) from Macquarie University as well as a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from Charles Sturt University.

    As a mother to 2 active teenage boys, Fiona is a strong advocate for flexibility and is passionate about striking the right balance between her career, family, exercise and time catching up on reading, Netflix and a cheeky glass of rose !
