The Unity 51 Lumbosacral Fixation Plate is designed to mitigate and simplify the most challenging aspects of an anterior approach to lumbosacral fusion. Its posterior contouring mirrors the anatomy, with a grabbing caudal lip and friction belts to steady the plate during placement. The plate holder is available in two lengths to meet the depth of the patient's abdominal cavity. The Unity 51 Plate design further addresses patient anatomy and resists screw pullout with divergent/convergent bone screw angulation for L5-S1 fixation.
